On March 18, Kingdee held a conference to release the comprehensive performance report of 2025. During the conference, Kingdee announced the core operating data for 2025: the total annual revenue of the group was 7.01 billion yuan, with cloud service revenue reaching 5.78 billion yuan and cloud subscription revenue reaching 3.56 billion yuan. The net profit attributable to the parent company was 930 million yuan, and the adjusted net profit was approximately 2.32 billion yuan, successfully turning losses into profits. The net cash flow from operating activities was 1.097 billion yuan, with a net cash reserve of up to 5 billion yuan. Chairman and CEO of Kingdee Group, Xu Shaochun, responded to concerns about whether AI would devour software, defining this AI transformation as the fourth transformation in Kingdee's history, and even as a matter of life or death.
