The medium to long-term German bond yield dropped by more than 4 basis points.

At the end of the European market on Tuesday, the yield on Germany's 10-year government bonds fell by 4.6 basis points to 2.906%, trading between 2.959% and 2.901% during the day. The yield on the 2-year German bonds dropped by 1.9 basis points to 2.383%, trading between 2.413% and 2.366% during the day; the yield on the 30-year German bonds fell by 4.3 basis points, reaching a daily low of 3.474%. The yield spread between the 2 and 10-year German bonds narrowed by 2.696 basis points to +51.885 basis points.
