On March 14-15, Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao went to Yiwu International Trade City and Hangzhou Yushu Technology, Ling Partner Technology and other enterprises to investigate the development of commerce. Assistant Minister of Commerce Zhang Li also participated in the research. Wang Wentao pointed out that in the face of a complex and severe external environment, China's foreign trade development has shown strong resilience, and the pace of building a strong trading nation is accelerating. Foreign trade enterprises should have firm confidence, continue to promote market diversification, strengthen research and development innovation and independent brand building, improve product quality, constantly enhance international competitiveness, cultivate and strengthen new momentum for trade development, and promote the stability and improvement of foreign trade quality. During the research, Wang Wentao and his team learned in detail about the research and production of products such as body robots, smart glasses, sales of orders, listened to the successful experiences of enterprises in dealing with changes in overseas tariffs, exchange rate fluctuations, exploring multiple markets, difficulties encountered, and policy demands. It is emphasized that efforts should be made to implement the subsidies for purchasing new intelligent products, play a guiding role of policies, and focus on promoting new tracks, new industries, and new quality productivity. Implement and refine various stable foreign trade policy measures, optimize services, strengthen guarantees, and create a stable and predictable development environment for foreign trade enterprises.
