Hesteel Resources: South African subsidiary resumes underground mining operations.

Hesteel Resources announced that its South African subsidiary PC Company has made progress in underground mining operations suspended due to flooding disasters. Phase one of copper has completed drainage and resumed production, currently operating at low load, and production will steadily increase; phase two of copper is still undergoing drainage operations, expected to be completed in early April. The production and shipment of the company's surface magnetite ore is normal, with a planned annual sales volume of 10 million tons. Due to the disruption of underground mining operations, it is expected to have an adverse impact on the company's annual copper product production and sales plan, the specific extent of the impact will need to be comprehensively evaluated in combination with the subsequent resumption of production. The company will continue to disclose relevant progress.
