BYD is recruiting more than 4000 workers on a large scale for the spring season, with the highest monthly salary reaching tens of thousands.

On March 12, BYD's ShenZhen Special Cooperation Zone in Shenzhen and its Goose Port and Xiaomo parks jointly launched a large-scale spring recruitment campaign. It is reported that this plan aims to recruit over 2,200 industrial workers, covering two main categories: operators and technical workers. In addition, BYD's Xi'an factory is also recruiting 1,800 people at the same time. BYD Group also plans to carry out frontline worker recruitment in several major production bases such as Zhengzhou, Hefei, and Fuzhou. It is worth noting that in this recruitment plan, over 2,000 technical workers are recruited, mainly including electricians, welders, fitters, CNC workers, forklift drivers, etc. The overall monthly salary for technical workers ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 yuan, with some technical positions offering a maximum monthly salary of up to 10,000 yuan.
