According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Jia Yu Guan Hongtong Clean Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Yan Weijun as the legal representative and registered capital of 20 million RMB. Its business scope includes gas operations, gas vehicle refueling operations, centralized fast charging stations, and sales of hydrogen refueling and storage facilities for stations. Equity penetration data from Enterprise Check shows that the company is jointly held by Hongtong Gas' wholly-owned subsidiary, Hami Hongtong Gas Co., Ltd., and Gansu Jintong Xiongguan International Logistics Park Co., Ltd.
