In the first two months of this year, 9.95 million visitors traveled to Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong Tourism Board announced today that a total of 9.95 million visitors traveled to Hong Kong in the first two months of 2026, an 18% increase compared to the same period last year. Among them, the number of visitors from mainland China was 7.9 million, a 22% increase over the same period last year, mainly driven by the mainland Chinese New Year golden week and various large-scale events.
