Remote dispatched Robotaxi GXR is expected to be open to the public for operation in Singapore early next month.

On March 17th, WeRide, a subsidiary of Wenyuan Zhixing, showcased its flagship vehicle, the Robotaxi GXR, at the NVIDIA GTC 2026 conference. According to the collaboration plan between Grab and WeRide in Southeast Asia, the two parties have launched a trial operation of the Robotaxi GXR in the Punggol area of Singapore, becoming the first enterprise in the region to provide autonomous driving services. It is expected to officially open to the public on April 1st.
