Ukraine makes final ruling on anti-dumping sunset review of wire ropes and cables from China.

According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on March 14, 2026, the Interdepartmental International Trade Commission of Ukraine issued a notice stating that, based on Resolution No. AD-598/2026/441-01 of March 10, 2026, a positive final ruling was made on the third sunset review of anti-dumping measures on steel wire ropes and cables originating from China. It was decided to continue imposing anti-dumping duties on the products involved for a period of five years, with the tax rate remaining unchanged at 123%. The investigation period for this case is from January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2025. The Ukrainian tariff numbers for the products involved are 7312 10 49 00, 7312 10 81 00, 7312 10 83 00, 7312 10 98 00, and 7312 10 65 00. The measures will take effect from the date of publication of the notice.
