Shentong Express: plans to raise funds of no more than 3 billion yuan for projects such as upgrading smart logistics equipment.

Shentong Express announced that the total amount of funds to be raised through the issuance of convertible bonds to unspecified investors shall not exceed RMB 3 billion. After deducting issuance costs, the funds will be entirely invested in the project for upgrading intelligent logistics equipment and improving the mainline logistics network.
