China Merchants Shekou announced that the revenue in 2025 was 154.728 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.53%; the net profit was 1.024 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 74.65%; and the non-net profit was 169 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 93.10%. The main reason for the decrease was the reduction in the scale of development business projects and investment income. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.5110 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders based on the total share capital on March 13, 2026, without increasing the share capital.
