Guorui Technology announced that shareholder Gong Ruiliang intends to transfer 10.2982 million shares, accounting for 3.50% of the company's total share capital, through an inquiry transfer method. This inquiry transfer will not be carried out through centralized bidding or block trading. The transferee is not allowed to transfer the shares within 6 months after receiving them. Gong Ruiliang currently holds 46.8284 million shares, accounting for 15.92% of the company's total share capital.
