Chongda Technology: Subsidiary PunoVio received approval letter from National SME Share Transfer System to list.

Chongda Technology Announcement: its holding subsidiary Jiangsu Punowei Electronics Co., Ltd. received a letter from the National SME Share Transfer System Co., Ltd. on March 13, 2026, approving the listing of Punowei's shares on the National SME Share Transfer System for public trading through a competitive bidding trading method. When Punowei applied for listing, the number of shareholders did not exceed 200 people. According to regulations, the China Securities Regulatory Commission exempts Punowei's public trading approval. Punowei will be subject to supervision as a non-listed public company after listing.
