On March 15, Nanning Rail Transit Science and Technology Investment Co., Ltd. issued a situation report: Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released a report on apps that infringe on user rights, and the Nanning Citizen Card app was found to have a "problem of random redirection of information windows." Nanning Rail Transit Science and Technology Investment Co., Ltd. attached great importance to this issue, expressed deep apologies, and immediately rectified it. The relevant situation report is as follows: Upon investigation, it was found that the main users of this app are passengers of the BRT routes. The occurrence of this problem was due to violations and breaches by our cooperating partner in the process of providing technical services. Under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, we promptly shut down all advertising resources in the app, completely removed interstitial ads and redirection entrances. Currently, the app no longer has any advertising interference or abnormal redirection.
