The journalist learned that the optoelectronic hybrid computing power company Shanghai Xizhi Technology Co., Ltd. plans to conduct an IPO in Hong Kong, and is expected to launch the listing as soon as this year. Xizhi Technology has already completed multiple rounds of financing, with investors including Baidu, Tencent, Shanghai Guotou, China Mobile, CICC Capital, China Merchants Innovation Investment, Matrix Partners China, Zhen Fund, Sequoia Capital, etc. The company completed a C round financing of over 1.5 billion RMB in September 2025. At the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, Xizhi Technology introduced the world's first distributed optoelectronic interconnect optical switching GPU super node "LightSphere X".
