Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized third-party testing institutions to conduct spot checks and found a total of 24 APPs and SDKs that engage in activities that infringe on user rights, and they are now being reported. It is reported that the above-mentioned APPs and SDKs should make corrections according to relevant regulations, and if the corrections are not implemented properly, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will organize relevant disposal work in accordance with the law and regulations.
