During the Spring Festival travel rush, the Three Gorges Hub received nearly 818,000 visitors in the river section, an increase of 75.3% compared to the same period last year.

According to China Three Gorges Corporation, on March 13, the Three Gorges Hub river section completed its spring operation for the year 2026. Statistics from the Yangtze River Three Gorges Navigation Management Bureau show that during the spring operation, the Three Gorges Hub operated a total of 1408 lockages, with 4020 ships passing through and carrying 15.48 million tons of goods. Among them, 4.422 million tons of essential goods such as electricity, refined oil, and grain were safely and conveniently transported through the dam. The Three Gorges Hub river section received nearly 818,000 passengers during the spring operation, a year-on-year increase of 75.3%.
