Today, the reporter learned from the State Council Food Safety Office that by 2025, the national supervision and sampling pass rate of staple foods such as rice, flour, oil, meat, eggs, and milk will reach 99.37%, stable at over 99% for four consecutive years, and the overall level of food safety continues to improve. There are 1.155 million food safety supervisors and 9.492 million food safety staff in food production and operation enterprises nationwide, with a coverage rate of 100% for large-scale food enterprises, achieving precise risk prevention and control and ensuring personnel responsibility. The State Council Food Safety Office continues to promote the construction of "Internet+ Transparent Kitchen" in schools. Currently, the coverage rate of "Internet+ Transparent Kitchen" in self-operated cafeterias in primary and secondary schools nationwide has reached 99%, and the coverage rate for outside dining units has reached 100%, effectively improving the efficiency of food safety governance in schools.
