Every year, Shanghai allocates 1 billion yuan in computing power vouchers, allowing enterprises to quickly and inexpensively access 140,000 P heterogeneous computing power in the city through the methods of using first and paying later, and enjoying without application. For the high-quality corpus urgently needed by model enterprises, Shanghai has the country's first corpus operation platform, focusing on key areas such as AI for safety, industrial manufacturing, and embodied intelligence, gathering 10,000 TB of data sets and connecting 100,000 developers from home and abroad. The city has also launched "crowdsourcing" and "crowdfunding" to accelerate corpus expansion and improvement.
