306 A-share refinancing projects have updated their "progress bars" within the year.
According to data from FlushFlush, as of March 13th, a total of 306 follow-up projects have been updated in the A-share market this year, including 254 rights issues and 52 convertible bonds. In terms of progress, most projects are moving forward smoothly, with 48 projects already registered and in effect. Additionally, 128 projects are in various stages such as replied, implemented, or accepted, while 52 projects have board approval and 57 projects are in the process of registration or have been approved.
However, there are 21 projects with statuses such as suspended, terminated, discontinued, expired, or withdrawn. Furthermore, data shows that among the fundraising projects planned for this year, 114 projects have financing amounts exceeding 1 billion yuan.
From a policy perspective, in February of this year, the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges introduced a set of measures to optimize follow-up financing. Since then, many companies have actively launched related follow-up financing plans.
