On March 13, Chen Zhenlin, Party Secretary and Director of the China Meteorological Administration, met with Chen Yihui, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Energy Construction Group Limited in Beijing. The two sides had in-depth discussions on enhancing meteorological services to guarantee disaster prevention, reduction, and relief. Xiong Shaoyuan, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Administration, as well as Guo Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager, and Director of China Energy Group, also attended the meeting.
