Peru initiates anti-dumping sunset review investigation on zippers and their components from China.

According to the China Trade Remedies Information Network, on March 8, the Anti-Dumping, Subsidies, and Countervailing Non-Tariff Barriers Commission of Peru's National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property published notice No. 035-2026/CDB-INDECOPI in the official newspaper "El Peruano," announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping sunset review investigation on zippers and their components originating from China, in response to an application from Peruvian producer Corporacin Rey S.A. The investigation period for this case is from January 2022 to August 2025. The notice is effective from the date of publication.
