Guo Mingxi: Nvidia's next-generation Rubin platform initiates new material testing, PCB upgrade cycle imminent.

Analyst Guo Mingxi's latest supply chain survey shows that NVIDIA has initiated testing with PCB manufacturers for the next generation copper-clad laminate material M10. The target applications include orthogonal backplanes and switch blade motherboards for the Rubin Ultra and Feynman platforms. If the M10 testing progresses as scheduled, the mass production timeline will be set for the second half of 2027. At that time, a new round of AI server PCB material mass procurement cycle will begin, and related supply chain manufacturers are expected to see a catalyst for performance growth.
