Tianwo Technology announced that its subsidiary, Zhangjiagang Jiangnan Forging Co., Ltd., has filed two lawsuits with the Baodi District People's Court of Tianjin against Tianjin Huajian Tianheng Transmission Co., Ltd., Huajian Tianheng Transmission Co., Ltd., and others regarding a purchase and sale contract dispute, demanding that Tianjin Huajian, Yangzhou Huajian, and other parties pay a total of 1991.59 million yuan in principal and interest on the goods. Jiangnan Forging has already paid the litigation fees.
