Notice from Beidahuang Group of China: On March 13, 2026, the company received resignation letters from four directors, namely Liu Xiaopeng, Zhang Jiahua, Yang Yunguang, and Huang Dexun. The four directors resigned from their positions due to personal reasons, and the resignations will take effect from March 13, 2026. Currently, the executive directors of the company are Ke Xionghan and Li Jianli, the non-executive directors are Yang Guang, He Yongxin, Li Dawei, and Tan Haixia, and the independent non-executive directors are Chen Zhifeng, Li Bizhi, and Zheng Yuchun.
