Announcement No. 15 of the Ministry of Commerce in 2026: Final Ruling on Anti-Dumping Investigation on Imported Chlorinated Butyl Rubber from Japan, Canada, and India.

Starting from March 14, 2026, import operators should pay the corresponding anti-dumping duties to the Customs of the People's Republic of China when importing halogenated butyl rubber originating from Japan and Canada. The anti-dumping duty is calculated based on the taxable price determined by the customs for the imported goods, with the formula: Anti-dumping duty amount = taxable price determined by the customs for the imported goods x anti-dumping duty rate. The import value-added tax is calculated based on the taxable price determined by the customs for the imported goods plus the customs duty and anti-dumping duty.
