According to information from channel sources, recently, Maotai distributors from various provinces and regions held a meeting to clarify that aged Maotai for 15 years, premium Maotai, Maotai with zodiac signs, and Maotai by the kilogram, among other non-standard Maotai products, will be sold through appointed agents. According to the arrangement, these products must be sold at the official uniform price through iMaotai, with channels able to receive a 5% sales commission. In addition, Maotai has set certain assessment requirements. The Maotai appointed agent system means that the ownership of the goods still belongs to the manufacturer, and distributors do not need to pay the full amount in advance, only a deposit is required to start sales.
