Chao Hong Ji's Hong Kong IPO prospectus failed, previously claiming that the work related to listing in Hong Kong was progressing in an orderly manner.

On March 12th, according to information disclosed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website, the Hong Kong stock listing application submitted by Chaohongji has expired after six months. The company had submitted the application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 12, 2025, with Citic Securities as the exclusive sponsor. It is worth mentioning that on March 3rd, in response to a question on the interactive platform about the progress of the Hong Kong listing and expected listing time, Chaohongji replied, "The relevant work is progressing in an orderly manner, and the company will strictly comply with the regulatory requirements to timely fulfill its disclosure obligations."
