Weichai Power announced that the company plans to increase capital in Weichai New Energy by the same proportion with its affiliated party, FAW Hydrogen Energy, totaling 5.89 billion yuan, of which the company will increase capital by 4.12 billion yuan. FAW Hydrogen Energy is a subsidiary of the actual controlling shareholder of the company. This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction, but not a major asset restructuring. After the capital increase, the company's ownership of Weichai New Energy will remain at 70%, unchanged, and will not affect the company's control, nor will it result in any changes to the consolidation scope. From the beginning of 2026 to the disclosure date, the company's total related-party transactions with FAW Group have amounted to 33.77 billion yuan.
