Shanghai International Energy Trading Center: Measures to restrict opening positions and regulate some customers.

Shanghai International Energy Exchange issued a notice regarding the implementation of regulatory measures on opening positions for certain customers. On March 12, 2026, a group of related accounts with actual control relationships exceeded the trading limits on opening positions for the day on relevant contracts, reaching the Shanghai International Energy Exchange's processing standards. The trading behavior of the aforementioned customers violated Article 16 of the "Management Rules for Abnormal Trading Behavior of Shanghai International Energy Exchange," and therefore, Shanghai International Energy Exchange has decided to implement regulatory measures to restrict opening positions for the relevant customers on the corresponding contracts.
