Hua Science and Technology announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Yu Yongfang, Ye Jianbiao, and shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, Zhang Zhongcan, signed a "Stock Transfer Agreement" with Hangzhou Juzhun Qiming Management Partnership Enterprise, collectively transferring 12.912 million shares to Hangzhou Juzhun, accounting for 11.32% of the total share capital of the company. The agreed transfer price is 27.88 yuan per share. At the same time, Yu Yongfang, Ye Jianbiao, and Zhang Zhongcan agreed to waive their voting rights for the remaining 38.736 million shares of the company they hold. After the completion of the transfer of shares under this agreement, the company's controlling shareholder will change to Hangzhou Juzhun, and the actual controller will change to Zheng Jianbo.
