On March 12th at noon, Sunshine 100 China announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on March 6, 2026, Haitong International Financial Services Limited and Haitong International Financial Products Limited had submitted a winding-up petition to the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region regarding the company's unpaid redemption price of $205,019,142.44 as of March 19, 2025. The petition will be heard at the High Court on May 20, 2026 at 10 a.m. The company received the petition on March 10, 2026.
