In the first two months of this year, the foreign trade cargo throughput of Guangzhou Port exceeded 30 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 6.1%; the container throughput exceeded 2.5 million standard containers, a year-on-year increase of 18.7%. Among them, the export of commercial vehicles exceeded 120,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of over 30%. Currently, Guangzhou Port has 184 container liner foreign trade routes, with route network covering major trading zones in Europe, America, Asia, and Africa, and continuously extending to countries participating in the "Belt and Road" initiative and emerging markets.
