Anshi Semiconductor releases a series of integrated input and output protection LDO products.

Anshi Semiconductor recently launched a new LDO series with 40V input and output currents of 120mA/150mA/300mA. This series of products integrates complete input and output protection functions, making it perfect for automotive electronic applications powered off-board through harnesses, such as body domain control, BMS, car lights, steering, power, and a range of other products. In addition, Anshi Semiconductor's full range of automotive-grade off-board protection LDO chips are now in full production.
