The cumulative cross-border passenger flow of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong High-Speed Rail has exceeded 100 million.

Reporters learned from the Shenzhen railway department that the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed rail has been in operation for more than seven years, with the total number of cross-border passengers exceeding 100 million. By 2025, the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed rail had transported a total of 35,794,000 cross-border passengers, an increase of 17.8%; from January 1 to February 28, 2026, the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed rail had transported more than 5.5 million cross-border passengers.
