Guangdong will focus on cultivating 53 new industries.

In recent days, the "Action Plan for Accelerating the Cultivation and Development of New Tracks Leading the Construction of Modern Industrial System in Guangdong Province" was officially released. It focuses on six major areas: smart connections, biological integration, advanced manufacturing, spatial expansion, future energy, and quality living, and lays out 53 new tracks. The plan specifies that by 2030, the province will have initially formed a mechanism to promote the cultivation of new tracks, striving to cultivate three new tracks with a scale of over one trillion yuan, five new tracks with a scale of over 500 billion yuan, and ten new tracks with a scale of over 100 billion yuan.
