Its business scope includes: manufacturing of semiconductor device special equipment; sales of semiconductor device special equipment; manufacturing of general parts; manufacturing of industrial automatic control system devices, etc. Stock penetration of Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is fully owned by Shanghai Dazhufuchuang Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dazu Laser.
