Researcher Ye Jichun and his team from the Laboratory of Optoelectronic Information Materials and Devices at the Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, collaborated with Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., Soochow University, China University of Metrology, and other units to carry out collaborative technical research to deeply explore the key scientific issues behind the technical bottlenecks. They proposed a brand new strategy of dual-sided electric synergy optimization and successfully achieved a major breakthrough in the performance of industrial-grade TOPCon solar cells. The related results have recently been published in the international journal "Nature Energy".
