Chicago wheat futures fell by 1.7%, soybeans fell by about 0.6%, and New York cocoa rose by over 4.1%

In the New York session on Tuesday, the Bloomberg Commodity Index fell by 0.55% to 31.5367 points at closing. The index rose during the day but then fell back down, rebounding to nearly 31.60 points after the US Department of Agriculture released its monthly report on agricultural inventory at 00:00 Beijing time. The index then hit a daily low of 31.2202 points at 01:22. CBOT corn futures remained unchanged at $4.5375 per bushel. CBOT wheat futures fell by 1.70% to $5.93 per bushel. CBOT soybean futures rose by 0.59% to $12.0325 per bushel, while soybean meal futures rose by 0.35% and soybean oil futures fell by 0.33%.
