According to reports, Amazon's e-commerce business has convened a large number of engineers to attend a meeting on March 10 to analyze a series of malfunctions, including incidents related to the use of AI encoding tools. According to the meeting brief, Amazon stated that there has been a recent "trend of increasing incidents" in the past few months, characterized by "a wide scope of impact" and "changes made with the assistance of generative artificial intelligence" among other factors.
