Yidian Tianxia announced that, in order to maintain cooperation with major media outlets, its wholly-owned subsidiary Inforview Limited, Xi'an Feisheng, and HongKong AdTiger Media Co., Limited have signed a main contract. Xi'an Feisheng will provide an irrevocable unlimited joint liability guarantee of not more than $100,000 to Inforview Limited, with a guarantee period of 5 years. The company had previously approved providing a guarantee amount of up to 2.904 billion yuan for the company and its subsidiaries. As of January 31, 2026, the total guarantee balance of the company and its subsidiaries is 223 million yuan, accounting for 6.25% of the audited net assets of the most recent period, with no overdue guarantee situations.
