The Supreme People's Procuratorate filed administrative appeals against 23 cases with the Supreme Court last year.

Li Haoxin, Deputy Director of the Administrative Prosecution Department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, stated that the Supreme People's Procuratorate will strengthen the handling, supervision, and guidance of major difficult and complex cases, and will submit 23 administrative appeals to the Supreme Court by 2025. Prosecutorial organs across the country have collectively proposed 646 appeals and retrial prosecution suggestions, with the number of appeals increasing by 19% compared to the previous year.
