According to the Qichacha APP, recently, a company named Halo Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes internet data services, data processing services, digital advertising publishing, internet information services, and other value-added telecommunication services. Shareholding penetration by Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Halo Cloud Data Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Halo New Network.
