It is expected to be fully open around March 14, approximately 9 days earlier than usual. The maximum daily water flow at the headwater section of the river is expected to be around 6 billion cubic meters, about 40% less than usual. The peak flow rate of the river is expected to be around 950 cubic meters per second, approximately 50% less than usual. The river opening is stable overall, and risks are generally controllable.
