During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, efforts will be made to improve the quality and efficiency of foreign trade, promote balanced development of imports and exports, revise the catalog of encouraged imported technologies, products, and services, improve the negative list management system for cross-border trade in services, improve the policy environment for bonded maintenance and remanufacturing, and new offshore trade, continue to host major exhibitions such as the Import Expo, Canton Fair, and Service Trade Fair, and provide broader market opportunities for countries around the world.
