At the National People's Congress in 2026, Xu Guanju, a member of the National People's Congress and chairman of Transfar Group, suggested vigorously promoting the AI+ manufacturing industry action to accelerate the cultivation and development of the intelligent industry ecosystem. In this regard, he put forward four suggestions: First, systematically research and define the top-level architecture of "artificial intelligence + manufacturing industry".
