Recently, some consumers reported that they found parasite eggs in the yellowfin tuna they ate at a Sushilang restaurant in Mentougou District. On March 7th, Sushilang responded to this incident, stating: "The company takes this matter very seriously and is cooperating with the Market Supervision Bureau for relevant inspections. We will wait for the inspection results to confirm everything. Sushilang has always regarded food safety as the lifeline of our brand, and strictly follows national food safety standards in the procurement, transportation, and storage of ingredients in our restaurants.
