Antong Holdings announced that the company plans to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary Ansheng Shipping's two container vessels, Hai Su 6 and Hai Su 7, to JIPENG SHIP MANAGEMENT CO., LIMITED and Fujian Jipeng Ship Service Co., Ltd., for a total price of $9.87 million. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors and does not require shareholder approval. If the transaction is successful, it is expected to generate a net asset disposal income of 24.14 million yuan after tax, accounting for 3.95% of the latest audited net profit attributable to the parent company. The transaction is still subject to payment completion, asset delivery, and other procedures, and there is a performance risk.
