Gemdale Group: Contract sales in February reached 4.31 billion yuan.

Poly Property Group announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the contract sales volume and area in February were approximately 431 million yuan and 37,981 square meters, respectively. The cumulative total for the first two months of 2026 was 901 million yuan and 80,793 square meters.
