On March 6th, at the economic-themed press conference of the Fourth Session of the Fourteenth National People's Congress, Finance Minister L F'n stated that efforts will be made to ensure that policy dividends are widely available and quickly enjoyed. On the one hand, all processes will be simplified, with all interest subsidies being automatically enjoyed without the need for application, and the entire process being operation-free, with discounts being automatically credited. On the other hand, the number of handling institutions will be significantly increased, including domestic and foreign banks, large, medium, and small financial institutions in urban and rural areas, traditional banks and consumer finance companies, and other new types of financial institutions, basically achieving full coverage of institution types. Taking personal consumer loan interest subsidies as an example, the number of handling institutions has expanded from 23 to over 500, making it convenient for consumers to borrow and enjoy benefits nearby.
